Buyer Guide — Feta Cheese Wholesale

Feta and brined cheese, by the case.

A feta program fails in two places: no range, and packs a kitchen cannot work with. This one is built the other way — five feta styles plus the traditional white cheeses around them, in case formats that serve a prep bench and a retail shelf alike.

Building a Brined-Cheese Set

Three decisions, in order
01

Anchor with the classic, then branch

Classic feta does the volume — salads, pastry, boards. Creamy and light cover menus that want a different hand, and the chili and olive lines give a mezze program range in one delivery.

02

Put a traditional white cheese next to it

Istanbolli, istanbuli, domiati, and baramili are the cheeses a Middle-Eastern breakfast set is judged by. Beside the feta, they turn a single-SKU order into a dairy program.

03

Let the case do double duty

A 24 × 500 g case is not bulk-only: the same units stock a retail set while the case feeds back-of-house prep. One line, two channels — how a distributor places this range.

To talk through a set, email the sales team with the styles you are considering and where they will be sold or served. The team will confirm the lines and the case details for your program.

Buyer Questions

Straight answers, from the catalog
Q1

What pack formats does the feta range come in?

The feta and brined range is case-led: the Greenland feta lines, low-salt cheese, and istanbolli white cheese come in cases of 24 × 500 g, and the Green Land lines — double cream, baramili, istanbuli, and domiati — come in 800 g units. One case format serves both back-of-house and retail.

Q2

What is the difference between feta and istanbolli?

Both are brined white cheeses, listed as separate lines in the catalog. Feta comes in five styles — classic, creamy, light, with chili, and with olives — while istanbolli is the traditional brined white cheese style carried under its own name, in the same 24 × 500 g case. Tell the team the job and they will point you to the right line.

Q3

Do you carry softer or fresh cheeses alongside the feta?

Yes. The same dairy case holds Al Bakara Al Haloub karish cheese in cases of 12 × 2 lb, Al-Haloub cream kashta in 170 g, and Al Maraai cream cheese spread in 240 g and 500 g cases — the breakfast and mezze side of the range, all listed in the catalog's cheese and dairy section.
